Kimball Office would like to welcome Mike Donahue as its new Vice President of Sales. He will begin Friday, June 6, and will be with the company at its Chicago showroom during NeoCon.
“Mike is a senior sales executive who brings Kimball Office many years of success in national sales management with a proven expertise in sales, marketing, product strategy, dealer development, and operations within the contract furniture market,” said Mike Wagner, Kimball Office General Manager.Donahue comes to Kimball Office from Geiger, International, Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Herman Miller), where he has successfully been leading teams since 1989.
“From a more tactical perspective, Mike brings with him a vast amount of product knowledge and a deep understanding of the furniture supply chain,” said Wagner. “He is also highly skilled in start-up of new revenue streams, showrooms, and new product introductions, and has extensive executive-level relationships with existing dealers and architectural/design firms.”
While his job will entail field travel and time at the corporate headquarters in Jasper, Indiana, Donahue will be based out of the Kimball Office Atlanta showroom. Donahue and his family reside in Marietta, Georgia.
