We are seeking an individual to be a key player in keeping our team organized and to share in the success of our hard work and extraordinary efforts. This role offers exposure to a wide range of business operations and an opportunity to gain a solid knowledge base of our industry and organization.
Primary Responsibilities Include
– Provide administrative support
– Customer service support
– Purchasing support
– Inter departmental support
– Organize and maintain office supplies and showroom literature levels
Required Qualifications & Skills
– Experience working in databases and Windows-based computing
– Microsoft Office proficient including Excel and Word
– Proven organizational and prioritization skills
– Effective verbal and written communication skills
– Team player attitude with the ability to interact with multiple levels of employees and \ customers
– Ability to multi-task a variety of detail oriented projects
– Meet daily deadlines
