Kimball International Announces Appointment of New Kimball Office Vice President of Operations Kathy Sigler as New North Central Region Manager
Kimball International, Inc. (NASDAQ: KBAL), today announced the promotion of Kathy Sigler as the Kimball Office Vice President of Operations.
Sigler, who has served in areas of increasing leadership capacities within Kimball International for more than 25 years, will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day running of all direct manufacturing and manufacturing support (engineering, global supply chain, quality and continuous improvement) functions of Kimball Office. She has most recently served as the Director of Operations at the Kimball Office Jasper manufacturing facilities.

Sigler is a proven leader within the Kimball Office organization, most recently having lead operational improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and productivity. She has also worked to drive operational alignment to business strategy, while delivering excellent operating results.

Sigler graduated from Indiana University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in management and a minor in finance. She and her family reside in Santa Claus, Indiana.
