Ideas for a Wellness Challenge inspired by Kimball International’s National
For three months, try an office wellness challenge that focuses on holistic wellness (mind, body, spirit, and emotions) in a journey for optimal health. Each month have employees complete activities focused on moving, fuel, safety, and recharging. Here are some of the featured challenges:
• Recharge – Turn off electronic devices for 30 mins three times a week
• Move – workout 30 min three times a week
• Safety – check batteries in your homes smoke detectors, stock an emergency preparedness kits, and practice you emergency evacuation plan.
• Fuel – prepare a healthy meal for your family three times a week
You can give out prizes or certificates of accomplishment to employee who participate.
