The information we collect depends upon your relationship with us and what you do when visiting our website. We collect information on visitors to our website and actual and potential employees, employee family members, customers, vendors, contractors, and others having an actual or potential relationship with United Interiors. EU/USA Safe Harbor

No personal information from the European Union and/or on EU citizens will be collected by us or stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which United Interiors or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. United Interiors abides by the privacy principles of the Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. If you believe your privacy may have been violated based on the principles set forth in the Safe Harbor framework, please contact us at [email protected] and provide a description of the possible violation. United Interiors will investigate and attempt to resolve any such possible violation. If you do not find the proposed solution satisfactory, United Interiors will resolve the dispute under the enforcement principle of the Safe Harbor framework through the American Arbitration Association, our selected third-party dispute mechanism, or the EU Data Protection Agency for EU human resource data.

Notice

All notices required or permitted under this Privacy Policy shall be in writing, shall reference this Privacy Policy and shall be deemed given upon receipt when sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid or commercial overnight carrier, with written verification of receipt. All communications shall be sent to the address set forth below or to such other address as may be designated by United Interiors by providing notice through disclosure in this Privacy Policy.
